Terri is responsible for daily office operations and management duties; invoicing; accounts receivable and accounts payable; payroll and payroll tax documentation; tax data reporting; marketing and promotion; ordering of office supplies;  scheduling; contract execution; consultant coordination; project specifications; project related construction administration including submittals, change orders, RFI’s, project closeout, etc; assist with finish selections/color boards; and various other clerical and office management duties.
